Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations- Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, or shipped.- Custom, discounted, or limited-edition items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

- The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

- The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order.- A full unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the unpacking process and the issue.


IMPORTANT: Returns without video proof will not be accepted.


Note:- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.- Returns due to size or color preferences will not be accepted unless the product received is incorrect.

Refund Process- Once your return is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days to your original payment method.

- In case of replacement, shipping of the new item will be initiated after return verification.


Products Not Eligible for Return

- Items purchased during clearance sales or under promotional offers.- Products that have been customized or personalized.

- Items without valid unboxing video proof.

Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

2. Attach the order number and unboxing video.
3. Our team will inspect and respond with the next steps.
